ChiroTouch — the leading chiropractic EHR software in the US — was launching Rheo, its first AI assistant purpose-built for chiropractors. Designed to handle intake, charting, scheduling, and compliance, Rheo promised up to 92% time savings on documentation alone.
The challenge: AI in healthcare is a hard sell. Practitioners are sceptical, time-poor, and wary of anything that might disrupt their workflow. The campaign needed to feel human-first and approachable — intelligent without being clinical, innovative without being cold.
As the sole motion designer at PracticeTek across 12 brands, I owned the entire motion output of this launch — joining the process early to contribute to the initial pitch deck, designing all storyboards, and then executing the full suite of assets across every channel.
